Terms covering books, digital downloads, workshop and course registrations, and advisory engagements purchased through this site.

Orders and payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is collected at checkout through our payment processor; Nomad does not store full card details. An order confirmation is sent by email once payment is authorized.
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping or billing address. Purchase orders and invoicing are available for organizations, contact us before ordering.
Digital products
Digital items, including e-books, templates, and framework materials, are delivered by download link or email immediately after purchase. Access is granted to the purchaser for internal use within their organization.
Digital materials may not be resold, redistributed, or used to deliver paid services to third parties without written permission.
Shipping and delivery
Physical items, including print copies of Here We Go Again… Except It’s AI, ship from the United States. Orders are processed on business days, and tracking is emailed when the order ships.
Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier. For damaged or missing shipments, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.
Returns and refunds
Unopened physical items in resalable condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Because they are delivered immediately, digital products are not refundable once the download has been accessed. If a file fails to download or open, contact us and we will replace it.
Training registrations
Workshop and course seats are transferable to another person in the same organization at any time before the session begins. Cancellations made at least 10 business days before the session receive a full refund; later cancellations may be credited toward a future session.
If Nomad reschedules or cancels a session, registrants may move to the next date or take a full refund.
Privacy and data
We collect only what is needed to fulfill an order and support the buyer: name, contact details, billing and shipping address, and order history. We do not sell personal information.
